New Year's Eve is upon us, and, as usual, plenty of famous rock acts will be playing special shows all over the U.S. tonight to help fans celebrate. Among the big-name artists giving December 31 performances is Billy Joel, who'll be playing at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. As previously reported, a short segment of the Piano Man's concert will be shown live on ABC's Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest special.
Other stars who will be hitting stages around the country to ring in 2014 include ZZ Top, Styx, Patti Smith and Jefferson Starship. Here's a glance at some of the noteworthy New Year's Eve concerts taking place tonight:
