The position also includes full time on-air duties.  Candidates should be well organized, self-motivated, have high energy and passion for the job, be effective multi-taskers and have a competitive attitude that drives them to win. The ideal candidate should be familiar with music scheduling software, creative imaging, promotions, website maintenance, social networking, and air-checking on-air personalities.
